I'm not a buyer, but I do live relatively close to it in the extended area. Not sure when Worlsey claimed occupancy would be, but based on how spotty the progress is here at times, I'd guess it'll be around another 12-14 months until completion.
 
I believe move in was supposed to be January 2021 😪
I hope it is closer than 14 months.Not too many floors.

It's unfortunate, but quite common nowadays for actual move in dates to be around 1 years after the forecasted occupancy. Worsley also doesn't appear to be a fast builder, their Roncy project is also taking a while even though it's a relatively smaller building.
 
Pace of progress still kind of looks slow-ish to me. Naturally, the first floor will take more time and this is a wider lot, albeit at only 8 storeys tall. If similar construction pattern from Worsley's Roncy project applies here, then we may looking at 1 floor of concrete completion per month. Ballpark-figuring this out to topping out around June-July range. Reasonable amount of pragmatism going into that estimate. And from there several more months to finish there cladding and interiors, rounding off to perhaps occupancy towards late Autumn or late Winter 2021.

Thanks for your insight. so you think Occupancy Winter 2022 ie a year from now? or ie fall 2021 or into winter 2022?
