Toronto Eight Forty on St Clair | 28.95m | 8s | Worsley Urban | RAW Design

An 8-storey mixed-use building, with 120 dwelling units is proposed for the site of 836 St. Clair Avenue W. The building will feature retail space on the ground floor. Residents residing on streets surrounding the location have received formal notices to attend the community consultation, which is scheduled to take place in early June. The Bathurst lane closure will stop by the end of December 2017. The development will see new residents move in in early 2018.
