It was completely removed. I went to check it out today and there is no trace left of the art piece.
I'm actually very glad to hear this. It was visual clutter that did nothing but detract from the form of the galleria.

We have the answer to why they're taking down the scaffolding. The structural work appears to be complete. The cladding work will be done via a swing stage that was just installed.
I wonder if it's gone to the Island of Misfit Public Art, to join the poor man's Richard Serra that used to be at the TD Centre?It was completely removed. I went to check it out today and there is no trace left of the art piece.
