This project and the nearby Wish Condos at Pharmacy Ave are forming a new gruesome twosome pairing along this stretch of Sheppard East.

Which is unfortunate since Sheppard east of VP started on a good foot with the rental building at 8 Chichester, which is miles ahead of the Wish and East 3220 (aside from the pointless columns beside the surface parking lot).
