Are they using curtain wall here? Walked by the other day and noticed that the dark glass portions on the east and west sides looks really smooth.

Windows are capless and very clean on the west and east faces (that are glazed so far) and wrapping the corners to the south. Could this just be a nicer looking window wall system, between the slabs but with nice exterior details? Must say I’m impressed with the detailing from Kirkor. It looks really crisp in person.

The centre of the south face is capped window wall and spandrel system.
