why is the excavation pit for one of the "Future residential" buildings on the siteplan from page 1? Did they switch to that being the first phase?

I believe both are being built at the same time - they are excavating the parking garage for both right now.

The aerial shots show how low density the whole area is. This corner would have been a nice spot for a landmark statement, since it would be visible in all directions. Oh well.
