Looks more conformist now, it's definitely missing the cool factor that N-Blox but it still looks good.

A slightly N-Bloxed East perhaps? Probably more units, smaller units and less $$$. N-Blox-style would work--@King&Portland. @College&Ossington, the nabe is made up of beautiful single family housing--ultimately too conservative tastes for the cutting edge condo concept to work. Maybe the team should just pair up with the Freed crowd; or maybe they'll become the next Freed? That would be ideal--3-5 Freed types fighting it out throughout the city building attractive low-midrise lofts in concentration.

Wasn't the N-box site on the south side? These renderings have 'facing north' and 'facing south' to indicating that it would have to be on the north side, no?
