Toronto Clear Spirit | 131.36m | 40s | Cityscape | a—A

There were two of the sweaters, M and L, on a rack near the north west corner.

Do Urban Toronto members get an extra 25% off?

I love grey, it's a more versatile neutral than black.

Hah, even I don't get an extra 25% off. Although I'm just a lowly sales associate.

sorry, I'll get back on topic now.

Current posted these over at SSC. They are from Jan. 18.

On the upside, it reminds me of Spire, and the pointy bit is majestic. On the downside, the tower and the distinctive podium don't really seem to relate to one another.

I like how the tower is not placed perfectly in the base of the triangle but is instead angled so that it looks slightly south. An interesting touch and one which plays a bit more with the traditional podium/tower combination. I think this will be an excellent entrance to the Distillery once it is completed.

Haven't heard anything new, for quite some time, about the dance between the developer and the City concerning the new towers. I assume this will be off to the OMB eventually.

It would be nice to see the ribbon building constructed while everyone wrestles over the height of Clear Spirit X2... since the rail berm ain't going anywhere, the ribbon will be the most important new construction the district (distruct) will see...
