Definitely not the prettiest pair of twins

I'd give a C+/B- on the towers. They're bland but the details up close aren't too bad. The balconies are able to offset the spandrel, and the corners are at least clear glazing.

The podium on the other hand is horrendous, I'd give it a straight F.

They're topped out. South tower still a few floors of glazing left, North tower fully glazed. On to the interior next. No updates on occupancy/closing yet..
 
I prefer not photographing this thing...it's ugly and I choose to forget about it. In all seriousness, I may live close, but the pandemic makes me rather...unwilling to photograph nearby sites.

That said, these twins are just as awful as you'd expect from Pemberton.
