Apologies if this has been discussed, but this shot shows a pretty tiny footprint for phase 2... checked the renders and it appears phase 2 cantilevers over rail property. Or did they buy a chunk (land not air rights)?

It looks like it does cantilever, or at least impede onto the rail tracks slightly. Huh, didnt notice that before
