Fixed. Old system was in ft, new system in metres. Some of the conversions got screwed up.That seems an astute observation.
It does seem unlikely from the renders that a 37ft ceiling height is intended on each floor!

It's kinda funny that it initially received quite a bit of criticism from the DRP some time ago.This could be the best Toronto building of the next five years.

The Province has just issued Ministerial Zoning Orders for these blocks!

O. Reg 596/20 applies to Blocks 3, 4 & 7
O. Reg 595/20 applies to Blocks 17 and 26
O. Reg 594/20 applies to Block 20.
I guess city council's upcoming vote becomes redundant. I wonder what got the province so interested?
