NYCC has seen some fantastic developments completed recently. This project has a lot of interesting lines and a good combination of colours.

It is definitely a nice addition to the neighbourhood from an architecture perspective. I wish the units were larger. All the new stock of condos going up are super tiny. Even the townhouses are aimed for singles and childless couples rather than families. We should encourage larger units to support families with children also.

Other than that, I would love to see more developments like his in the area,
