The cladding on the first two floors of the residential component looks terrible! Fortunately it will be covered with trees soon enough and I won’t have to look at it ever again. They must have spent their budget on canary landing across the street!

seems like a lost opportunity putting this many opaque panels on what should be a feature corner of the building, and one which I imagine would have lovely views along Mill St to downtown from the units.

Yea the oil canning is super unfortunate! Ruins the other nice parts of the build

Ontario building standard mean you can only have glass upto 40% of residential buildings.
The fewer windows you have on a building the more energy efficient it is.
