I'm not loving the drab, 70's kitchen colours in that brick, but I greatly appreciate the effort to at least do something different for once!

Okay some redemption for the efforts on the ground level treatment: the precast panels here look to be heavily textured, almost like a very rugged boardform concrete. Quite nice:
