Looks good. What material is the dark cladding?

The dark material is metal, with a reveal between strips- the idea is to contrast with the wood detailing found around the outdoor spaces.

There's a thread already but damn I rather like this design! Except the location sucks--15 years ago I would've moved here--well I actually did have a studio nearby in those days....

There goes my convient uhaul location. At least it's a handsome building and a nice compliment to Art condos too. Making for a nice intersection.

I like the look of this. Trying to decide if I would be okay with the wood paneling on the walls:

It's certainly in line with the theme and name.

Positives....
-its the typical long narrow tubes type of condo but the best Ive seen so far ( still its a long narrow tube)
- very well finished
- individual gas fired forced air heating



Negatives ...
-Pretty Expensive
- There is a 14 story building going up on the lot just south of it.
- uses a car elevator system ( expensive maintenance)
- no visitor parking
- bulk metered gas ( the roof top units could place a open fire pit using the buildings gas)
- no LED lighting
- not sealed double paned windows with argon, just two pane low E
