Phase 1 owners were recently mailed their firm occupancy dates. Occupancies will begin on November 16th, 2009!

yup ... you're right JayBee ~ an active proposal by Aspen Ridge for two 47-storey towers on that parking lot to the north:

181 & 199 Richmond St W (Aspen Ridge, 2x 47s, Quadrangle)

I'd say the larger fault is that there will be no brick at all on the south side. Just boring, grey spandrel panels.

yes ... according to the ground floor plan contained in the City Planning staff report (page 10), there is a continuous retail frontage along the majority of Nelson Street in both Boutique 1 + Boutique 2
