Is this project still a go? Haven't seen any updates on it for a while
There is a presentation on it on at the WEST DON LANDS COMMITTEE MEETING, MONDAY, JANUARY 28, 2019 7 - 9 PM Cooper Koo Family Cherry Street YMCA, Community Room, 2nd floor. 461 Cherry Street (at Front). These meetings are open to all.
 
I believe that it is market rate.
Thanks. I tried digging for it, but Waterfront Toronto's website can be quite the mess sometimes.

I'm increasingly coming to the conclusion that the City of Toronto is by far the best record-keeper of documents between all the municipalities and provincial agencies in the region. The development applications website and the city council & committee meeting pages just works.
