Hazelton Hotel on Yorkville.

This has set the bar for Bathurst. A very sharp looking project (and how many new projects can say they added laneway housing?) The B.Front project will create a nice anchor at the other end of the street.
 
This is how mid-rise should be done all across Toronto. I like that the pre-cast up top is actually white, and not beige as is so unfortunately typical these days. It's a shame the gross Midas property wasn't included. What could go on that small parcel now?

The white really helps. This could have easily went south if they used grey brick on the entire building.
