Condo or Apartment?

The building looks great. I agree that it can be setback a bit farther from the sidewalk.

Is this a condo or a condo/apartment? It looks like the builder has kept a number of units for rental. The rental office is now located in the building.

It's a condo.

And this condo meets the street better than pretty much every condo built in the last boom. This should be emulated across the city.

Looks like the finally got a retail tenant. The rest of the retail units are still empty.

the electricity lines make the building's surroundings awful

The streetscapes of Toronto would honestly look so good without the electricity lines + poles (but at the same time, they're a cool trait of Toronto).

Those lines are for the streetcars. Not much you can do about that.

Looks like Westbank bought up all the ground retail units @ B.Street Condos (except the already sold Panago Pizza unit), I wonder what Westbank has in mind? Presentation Centre possibly??
