Ah, crap. I was just downtown and walked right by it and must have missed the cladding. I'm hoping for a sleek silver, like the Telus building.

I'm really really hoping for a Time Warner Center/Legacy at Millennium park-like cladding... office tower residential cladding looking, but classy

What a tease! A panel is visible in the lower left hand corner, looks to be a nice shade of blue (with a touch of purple?)

That's interesting. The crate (looks like a crate of anchors) says tenth floor, but I was under the impression that the curtainwall was only going up to the fourth. I think this one has more curtainwall than was originally reported.

My understanding is that everything from L56 up is curtainwall. Not sure about lower.
 
The glazing is up on the ground floor - and it has a rather dark tint from what I can see. Sorry no pics. They might be using curtainwall for the podium.
