This project seems to be aching to hit true ground level and being to reach for the sky.

still in shock as to knowing this thing will be above ground in the summer. mind blowing. any sort of above ground structure on this corner of Yonge-Gerard will crazy. the intersection will finally feel complete with this tower on closing up the intersection. and i'm expecting this podium to look absolutely massive. it'll have an amplified Shangri-la effect here.

Which do you prefer: Tying rebar in the rain (Vancouver) or the cold (Aura)? Gotta say from experience, working in constant rain is very miserable.

Firmed up on some Commercial space in the new Aura today, will be 122 shops and good news..the building is two months ahead of sked according to the Aura representative.

i think if there is 1 thing they should have done with aura is added a hotel component it could of pushed it up 10 stories or so. that would have been cool
