Certainly not. What, are those darker upper floors supposed to have blinded me to the ungainly ugliness of the lower mass of the building? Especially from the east side where the box is proportionately even larger than on the west side, the sloppy details will take a lot more than what they're offering by way of distraction.

I think its not that bad because its not a box, it is tall, curved part looks nice, expands the skyline and the façade of curved portion is different from most of the condos.

I'm surprised to be saying this, but I'm kinda starting to like this. Maybe size matters, but there are things about the massings that work for me.
