They had the door open and I got a less than amazing photo of the inside. Hopefully the last parking lot on this block gets developed as well

Anyone know if Augusta will be resurfaced this summer? The ongoing construction for the past 2-3 years has caused quite a lot of damage to the road. I can't find that list of all scheduled road projects.

I was speaking to a construction worker the other day, and apparently the Chelsea is supposed to be ready for occupancy by the end of the month. Not surprising, if you walk by at night with the lights on inside you can see that most of the units are basically done.

hmm.. what is going in that dark top part of the corner tower there? Is that a small penthouse? Like the part in the brick tower - just noticed it's one "floor" above the others

That's just part of the upper level suites, which are not illuminated.
