Just a hunch, but I think today might draw a decent crowd.
There was a massive leak in this building today, from the ceiling. Created a whole new water-feature for passersby (myself included) to gawk at.
Near the centre-point of the mall, on the northern side of the building, across from the Rexall entrance. The waterfall and the pond it created at the bottom was blocking access east-west through the mall.Whereabouts did that happen in the building?

It really was. Though I take it that H&R REIT don't think so.That sounds more exciting than the anemic water features at the base of the elevator shafts.

That's kinda majestic. Move the chairs and they've got a tourist attraction.

We have a water feature like that here in SF but perhaps a bit more purposely ?
Please tell me this means that they won't deface the Atrium and the new owner will update it in different ways.Just as well. It was garbage.
