Got to love Uno Prii. I wonder what he would have done design-wise when considering the future ugly placement of satellite dishes.
Great pics, deepend. What a pleasure to see a station that's still in great condition and hasn't been "updated".
Actually, there has been a very recent "updating": the vestibule seen on the left here (which is rather felicitous, all things considered)
Just to clarify, IBM was only a leased tenant in this complex, twice. Their head office at that time was 3500 Steeles east, and ten years later it was the building I am sitting in right now, 3600 Steeles east. If anyone is interested, I can take some pics of these two buildings scale models. The 3500 complex was quite the place at that time, with Orange and Blue tunnels and subway style windows. 3600 is also quite the place but built in 1990 and not as eclectic. Of course both of these buildings are really in Markham so I have not thought to include them here.Former IBM Headquarters, 95-105 Moatfield Drive. Architect: Crang & Boake, completed 1982.

Further clarification:
IBM originally moved only the GBG Division (General Business Group) into 105 Moatfield. The bulk of the headquarters staff remained at 1150 Eglinton…
