Toronto Architecture From The 1960's and 70's

You guys are quite right, I didn't do my homework. And yet all along, something much more obvious was right in front of me - Nathan Phillips Square is in Need For Speed Most Wanted (I guess they went with a City Hall theme, as I noticed what looks like a couple other notable North American city halls:

The model, though altered by the video game gods, seems pretty true to form and includes a lot of defining features you will all recognize, it seems even the Star noticed.

The Eastern Ramp:

The arches over the skating rink? no those are vehicle jumps!

Instead of council chambers, the UFO houses a Porsche Panamera.

Hell, they even included the parking garage (complete with bay street entrance) beneath the square

And of course, the walkways. If this was the real NPS, you would be looking northwest from Queen and Bay

Because of all that bloody smoke, I just cannot orient myself! Which way are we looking? Whereabouts is the shot? It looks familiar but not familiar enough I can put my finger on it. Anyone?
 
Does the East Tower have a decided lean to it?
