The McKinsey & Company Building at 110 Charles Street West was designated a heritage building when it was just 9 years old, which is practically brand new in the context of heritage buildings.

That is still the newest heritage building in the city, correct?

Typically you don't see new buildings designated like that since there is typically no pressure for significant alterations until they are 30 years old or so.
