I must say that is absolutely the least flattering photo I have ever seen of Berczy! The lower floors are really not too bad (in my opinion) but this top part (particularly when it's almost all one sees) really is ghastly!

I'm hoping (really hoping) lessons were learned and we don't see a repeat of the Berczy upper floors. It looks like we won't have to wait too much longer to find out which direction this will go in.

Except that in the case of Jazz the acceptable part of the base was 'inherited' and not built from scratch like Berczy.
