In answer to earlier questions and concerns about the finishing of the underside of the 'boxes', it appears they simply paint to match the precast panels on the sides.

Thanks for the amazing pictures. This building is turning out better than I could have hoped for. I like how it speaks to the design of the buildings around it, both old and new. If it was another downtown glass box it would seem dreadfully out of place.

My guess is most people look up and ask themselves, where did THAT come from, since it is kinda sneaking into the visual fabric between the Old Town and the Financial Core.
