Mutual street is turning into a pretty interesting urban canyon. Also the amount of change happening to this area of Queen east is staggering. There's so much development

Just found out about this building in Dubai (going by the groundbreaking name "City Tower" ) that more or less ripped-off HP's podium design, minus the curvy glass;

yes. i Mentioned it in March. I drove past this building when i was in Dubai in Feb/March. it is designed by Pelli Clarke.

Sure looks like a rip-off lol... but likely destined to be one of the best looking towers in Dubai (by far).

But now I want one here...

Let's get HPA and Pinnacle to switch up Phase 3 of One Yonge... for 307 metres of this (but including the HPA curves). I'm sure the supplier would be pleased.
