Woah!!! This is flying by. I guess that's what happens when there are only 2 levels of parking... another reason the City should relax parking minimums.
There are actually 4 levels. This development has an unusually large amount of parking for a building this size as it is being built under a zoning approval from 2004, when parking requirements were much higher than today.

Really looking forward to the parkette and seeing how the pedestrian lane-ways turn out, it definitely has the potential to be something interesting with Cormier involved.
 
they are just not building fast enough in this rough area of the city. One day moss park will be crowded with people playing Frisbee.
 
Generally a week per floor when you get above the custom podium levels.
