Forming for one of the penthouse level floors now appears to be underway - at least in the north-east corner. The floor height, slab-to-slab of the floor currently being formed appears to be approximately 2 feet greater than the fully formed floor immediately below.

Yep. Visible in the bottom right of @AHK's above photos.

Thanks! I looked at the rendering and it looks like the coloured panels either go inside the railings or against the walls. Still holding out hope!

February 22. More concrete being poured. A couple of workers leaning on the temporary safety fencing on one of the upper floors - a lot more casual up there than I would be.
