Great news. Thanks for the confirmation. This will help clean this area up a bit. Hopefully once a lot of the construction dies down this network of roads in the old club district will be repaved. That'll go a long way in making it look cleaner and more developed.
The marketing suite is now gone - the area is completely flat, with an excavator on the site. I do not know if the excavator was used in demolition and removal of the sales suite, or is there in support of the upcoming shoring activities.
It looks like there is an older house behind the brick building facing the street. They both will be demolished, but I am curious to know if the house still has interesting characteristics or any historical value...
