I like it. This is how you add density to a staid neighborhood. Respectful yet intensified with some decent architecture. Koodos to Enirox and Tact
 
We have other good examples of this in Toronto; The recent development on Avenue road north of Lawrence works very well too (in a similar manner to this).
 
It's a solid addition to the street, though the facade would look better with more contrast in the colour of the materials. It looks somewhat bland in spite of having bold articulations in the facade.
 
The church next door demonstrates what this building needed: contrasting accentuation. The church's architect used fairly dark brick but also light carved stone around every significant feature. The condo's architect seemed to also go for contrasting trim, but to a far lesser extent. The facade still looks monotonous in spite of bold features like the bays and upper setback.

I think the designer took in consideration to match the final look to the church next door.Those tiny tiny side windows looks a bit weird though but still liking the over all look.
