Yes a very nice addition for the city. Be neat to see a tower done like this around 30 stories or so.

I would argue that the smaller scale of the project makes it more effective and interesting.

It would indeed be great to see some towers and midrises employ curves. Even the typical aA minimalist box would be improved in some instances with curved glazing/corners.
