As of today, July 13, 2020 at roughly 3:30pm, the demolition of the two buildings has finished. Neither building is left standing. Probably will be a few days to clear all of the rubble.
 
Does anyone know what the next two-three months look like for this construction project?

Now that the buildings are torn down, it's hard to get a visual sense of what the construction crew is working towards.

They will fill in the basement of the old building with rubble to create an even surface, and then bring in drill rigs to start working on the shoring walls. Once they are installed, they can begin excavation work.
