Funny how it looks far more polished than the million dollar freed Condominium a few blocks down.

There is room for multiple retail, I wonder what they will put in there?

great pictures as usual! Once they do the bricking and the balconies, the hard exterior work will be done, correct guys? As for the inside they have a move in date early 2012 so that gives them a lot of time to complete the inside!
 
They seem to have finished the front on the part of the building that doesn't jut out, as well as built the scaffolding on the front part.
 
Walked by the site at lunch. They were powerwashing alot of the completed brickwork and it was looking great. The Wellington side of the building is really going to punch with the brickwork design done by SMV. A clean grey brick is looking much better.
