now, if only the few remaining low-rises just north of this site up to Lawrence Avenue get developed, it would look complete.
 
Not half bad. Has a vaguely European vibe to it. Like usual, the quality of the outside finish will determine final judgement. I'm surprised they couldn't get an extra couple of floors, since judging from that render the neighbouring building is actually taller. The render indicates 13 floors, thread title says 16. Which one is correct?
 
Render looks delicious. I'd love to see midtown Yonge continuously lined with buildings like this.
 
The people with balconies on the north side of that building to the south are not going to be happy.

the buildings south of this site are rentals.
btw, when did they add balconies?
i know they're there now, but that must have been something added within the past 5 years !?!
