To construct a 27-storey rental residential tower containing 233 rental units and 135 below grade parking spaces and a total residential gross floor area of approximately 18,290 square metres, and a non-residential gross floor area of 155.5 square metres. The existing 26-storey residential building, containing 202 rental units, will be maintained on the easterly portion of the subject site.
A total of 233 new rental dwelling units are proposed within the new rental building with a minimum of 40 percent of these new rental dwelling units having two or more bedrooms, and a minimum of 10 percent of the new rental dwelling units will have three bedrooms or more.

It was a system error. Our old system measured in feet and our new system uses metres. So 314 ft = 97.5 metres. It's fixed nowYeah I just seen the height numbers over 300 metres on this building's info box up above . Do they 100 metres because that's more equivalent to about 27 storeys ?
