Very disrespectful to the old apartment block next door; given that they demolished its neighbouring twin, they could have at least tried to give it some breathing room and not be so overbearing in proximity and/or height.

Don't worry those old Victorians aren't snowflakes. They can handle the big city. I think it looks fine, nicely restored and across the street from another Victorian also wedded to a modern.

Wow! A different kind of precast wall that's done in the fill stone slab look instead of brick. Does anyone know if there's any other kind of slabs these precast company do? Maybe a cobble stone look for example! That would blend in with real nice with these old Victorian buildings.

Are you referring to the limestone? Or to the gray precast above the fourth storey?

Less is more!

It could have been elegant. Instead they had to go with a randomize theme that comes across as a messy disaster. It's not your average rental building either which I've given up on.

Just in case >>> I see the limestone accents on the podium. Nice touch. They are just accents though.

Disagree entirely. Though it is interesting to see two of HPA's best works alongside this dud.

Bentall Kennedy is also handling Novus down on Strachan. Be afraid. Be very afraid...
