Looking good.

This is going to finish off Charles Street, as well as St. Thomas Street in terms of development. I suppose at some point Vic may went to redevelop the green space in front of Annesley Hall on Queen's Park.

This perfectly demonstrates how far some earth tones + texture go, especially on the ground level. It warms the building up, makes it eye-catching without being too conspicuous. It's just nicer.

Agree 100%. It adds solidity, weight, and a sense of permanence too. It's long overdue that we're starting to see materials other than glass being employed but at least that's finally happening.
