Very well executed design and finishes.

Yeah—maybe I'm overly fixated on this particular detail, but to me, it's incredible what a difference a half-decent finish on the underside of balconies makes. I just hate when they're left as untreated concrete; in the best case, you get a nice wood finish (or similar), but simply a coat of white paint can vastly improve the look and feel.
 
the staggered balconies certainly do make for some cool photos, especially when looking up at the tower from the intersection. the shorter square tower detracts from the effect of the taller tower. I might have liked to see a taller single tower pushed in from the property line. having a canyon effect is great but Toronto's narrow streets and sidewalks it just feels over powering and it leaves little if any room for greenery.
