Demo permit issued here but NOAC will be a while away since the SPA does not even have a Notice of Complete Application issued. *EDIT: NOAC has been issued since April, but the AIC had not been updated.

Another resubmission responding to the revised NOAC of July 11th, with minor redistributions to GFA, unit mix & parking mix.
State of permits remains largely the same as my last post, with this new permit submitted last week:
