Demo permit issued here but NOAC will be a while away since the SPA does not even have a Notice of Complete Application issued. *EDIT: NOAC has been issued since April, but the AIC had not been updated.

Should Zeidler be appended to the title as AOR? Strictly from my view as a project outsider, it's hard to see any involvement by Partisans at this point.
