Does anyone know if they will dismantle the entire existing structure and then reconstruct it? It seems they are taking the top level down anyway.

This is such an utterly lazy and unimaginative response to an interesting site. It could have been so much better had the existing building been integrated with a mid-block-passage / wintergarden of some sort.
