This is ground zero for today's UrbanToronto. Conservatory's Infinity Condos had their sales centre here. I googled Infinity Condos and the early UT popped up. The rest is history.

It will eliminate most views from ice 2 and also the taller infinity tower as it's only just taller than the proposed height of 16 York.

We need some colour or texture down here. The sterility of Southcore is disheartening. The only upside of this intersection is the gorgeous view northeast where you get a view of the Classics™ (Royal York, TD Centre, ScotiaPlaza and Rbc royal plaza)

I was under the impression that most of that wall would be demolished to allow for the PATH passthrough and such. Is that not the case?

I'm pretty sure the entire wall is staying. There's a large opening in the wall roughly in the middle that leads to Ice's driveway/forecourt, and I believe the PATH connection is actually underground.
