Are Airbnb not 'outlawed' in most condo buildings?
I think this area would be great place to live for many reasons. Perhaps not for kids and 'trick or treating' but for location and proximity to all that downtown has to offer this is fantastic. Anyone here who lives in Southcore?
All depends on what the condo corporation sets out. Short-term rentals and Airbnb are allowed at Ice....which is without question the biggest downfall of these towers. Are Airbnb not 'outlawed' in most condo buildings?
Most condo corporations have Rules or even statements in their Declarations restricting rentals to x months. Usually 6 but sometimes 3 or 12.Are Airbnb not 'outlawed' in most condo buildings?

Remember back when the Maple Leaf Square condo towers looked big? And lonely?
I can't recall if it had been noted on the forum previously, but HSBC, First National Financial, and IMCO will all be among the first tenants here.
The downtown office vacancy rate is now down to 3% overall; interestingly, in the downtown it is highest (though still tight) in the financial core and Liberty Village.
