I'm not sure why you and many other UT users seem to be under the impression that other large cities around the world all have amazing architecture, and that they wouldn't dare ever build something with "green-blue glass". Most buildings built in other cities around the world are not masterpieces of architecture, despite what you seem to think. Just reminds me how Toronto gets insulted at every turn, but I guess the grass really is greener on the other side.

Me too. I'd be worried about over-AirBnB-ification, but I really like it down here. It's really a 21st century sub-city.I think this area would be great place to live for many reasons. Perhaps not for kids and 'trick or treating' but for location and proximity to all that downtown has to offer this is fantastic. Anyone here who lives in Southcore?
