I think Yorkville is set to become the most ridiculous concentration of high end things around.. Sooner or later all of that fanciness will concentrate and collapse in a black hole of flying Louis Vuitton monograms and Prada heels.

lol!

I think this is a marvelous Project, not too tall for the neighbourhood, but not too small either. The architecture is very nice, and most importantly it brings density, and NEW STORES to the area.

The Historic Facade is becoming the first officially announced store for the retail portion of this complex: an 8000 sqr. ft. "Teatro Verde". Teatro Verde is a wonderful little Home and Garden store, with a small location in Hazleton Lanes, and a larger location in the Baview Village Shopping Mall.

I'm very excited about this new store! I always by my centre-peices and flowers from there!

I see a few ugly buildings that should be redeveloped--certainly the multi-level ugly plaza between 100 Yorkville and the Regency shall die a death soon?

Cheers to that! also, lets get rid of the parking lot thats across from The Hazleton.... what is an above-ground parking lot doing right in Yorkville anyhow! that one, and the one across from The new 4 Seasons on Yorkville Ave.

Still in anticipation for This marvelous building, here are The renders:

What's excellent about this project is the ample retail space (at least someone got it right finally)... Also, the addition of two new midblock lane connections, perfect and possibly even lined with retail!
