Only one retail occupant? I suppose it could be a destination. Would have been cool to have an LCBO restaurant on the park here where they did the recipes from the Food and Drink magazine with the proper pairings.

There's approximately 50,000sf of retail space on the 2nd floor as well

It is next door to a large Loblaws.
